Now that you're connected to the dApp, here's how you can do a borrowing transaction.

  1. Go to .

  2. Select the pool you want to borrow from in the markets page.

  3. Click on the 'Borrow' button upon expanding the pool info.

  1. You will be redirected to the pool-specific borrow page.

  2. Be sure to understand the significance of each parameter, you can read more on the following page: How it Works.

  1. Enter the amount you want to borrow. The APR, CDP and collateral to lock will be automatically updated based on the entered amount.

  2. Click 'Approve [Collateral Token]' and sign the token approval transaction.

  1. Now that it's approved, click on the 'Borrow [Token]' button.

  1. Your borrow position will appear on the bottom section.

  1. Clicking on it will redirect you to the borrow position page, where you can see more details on your position and repay your debts. Note that you have to repay the debt before maturity, else you will forfeit the deposited collateral.

  2. To repay your debts and close your position, click on 'Repay', which will show a pop-up modal.

  1. Click 'Approve to Repay' to close your positions, this will request for an NFT approval (since Timeswap positions are represented by an ERC-1155).

  1. There will be another approval, for 'Token', in order to allow for the debt repayment.

  1. There are two options to repay your debts, 'Repay Full' and 'Repay Partial', the former refers to closing your whole position whereas the latter refers to closing a portion of your position.
